　　记者在潍坊人才市场遇见来找工作的潍坊学院的张希荣，张希荣靠助学贷款读完大学，近日却又在为找工作的花销犯愁。他粗略为记者算了算，他找工作3个月下来，制作简历、买服装、通讯费、交通费、上网，已经花掉近两千多元。小张说，他一个学期的生活费也花不了这么多。

　　按理说，在大学生上大学与找工作两相对比中，上大学是找工作和做工作的基础，找工作只是大学毕业生毕业后实现个人理想和抱负的一个阶段性落脚点，并且工作往往伴随着薪酬的发生，所以不管是从精力上还是从费用上，都应该是上大学比找工作需要付出的费用要高些才是，可为什么现在找工作却比上学花费还要大呢？

　　首先，是因为畸形的就业求职观念的影响。随着就业形势的严峻，不少大学生为了就业和求职可谓是费尽心机。在这种心态影响下，不少大学生不是把就业求职的保障性因素放在自己的知识水平和能力以及素养上，而是把精力放在服装、打扮、外貌、行头、简历制作档次、是否讨取用人单位的“欢心”等外在形象上，还把这种外在的形象誉为“第一硬件”，结果是简历越制越豪华，衣服越穿越上档次。为了面试做一个发型、化一次妆、打一次车就需要不菲的开支。这种过度包装，直接导致就业求职成本直在线升。

　　其次是就业求职方式的局限所致。目前大学生就业求职的主要形式，还是仅限于招聘会、参加各地举办的招聘考试、到用人单位去推介、与用人单位直接联系等，这些方式虽然具备接触直接、便于求职和用人单位双方互相了解和选择等特点，却无形中增加了大学生交通、食宿、通讯等方面的开支。一些被称为“公务员考试流动大员”和“应聘大军”的大学生，一提起交通、通联和食宿费用就头疼万分。所以说，这些陈旧的求职和招聘形式也是导致求职费用高昂的一个主要原因。

　　最后是用人单位的聘用导向影响。目前不少单位在选择用人时，因为了解不深入、缺乏长期观察等因素所限，往往从求职者的简历、学校的推荐意见以及学生的外表和谈吐表达等方面来粗略地圈定自己需要的人。
